I've not been answered -- not unless you call dodging the question an answer.

Why am I the one getting the flack here? Why isn't anyone directing a question at a person (Rob S.) who posted a flat-out statement about what what he "had been told" about expected earnings and share count ... and who even now declines to say (1) who "told" him this or (2) how his fully-diluted share count could possibly make any sense, since it fails to take into account the 755K options awarded in the annual meeting or the shares that would be required to effect the acquisitions?

It's very simple to shut me up: just answer the questions. Don't tell me to ask someone else, Rob. You posted it, you answer it.

As for all the name-calling and whining, that accomplishes nothing at all. Surely you must see that by now. You might as well howl at the moon.

If you don't want to read what I post, as I've said before, just click on past.

(Isn't it obvious by now that Rob S.'s "fully-diluted" share count is a fiction? Can't anyone here do simple addition?
