Primarily nuclear ones. "There were no "smart weapons" at that time." Sure there were. What do you think the Tomahawk, Harpoon, etc. are? And the Stinger entered service in 1981. But, hey. Considering Reagan wasn't elected until November of 1980, it is hard to credit him with that funding if the above is true.
