Sure it does. Raise taxes on I-node's 100k pin money buddies... They were the major beneficiaries of Bush era tax cuts. Let them help others in need... One way or another, medicare and SS will be 'fixed'... PS - Yeah, I know, I know, not enough money in the pot! I think many at lower levels are willing to also pay more to avoid the possibility of going bankrupt under today's 'private' health insurance system...
