Difficult is not impossible. And as for tax increases, we are supposed to have a 'progressive' system, not a regressive one where Warren Buffett pays a lower rate than his hired help, and hedge fund billionaires pay 15% rates. I think it would be 'good' to tax and use that money for things like healthcare. And for good measure, exclude those rich guys from these benefits in total, as they don't need them...
