Well, if she's a multi six figure secretary then we can simply lump her in with those able to pay more for what's coming down the road. As I said in my prior post, we had several decades in this country where the top rates were as high as 90% and seemed to do just fine. Perhaps we had fewer 20,000 sq ft homes in Rancho Santa Fe, but the world can do without those anyway.

I'm sure that can also be addressed by adjusting tax rates for the wealthy in regard to dividends, long term capital gains, and carried interest...
