Tim, if the Obomber raises cap gains rates as he says he will, and the market goes up due to an economic recovery, I'm sure you will say 'it could have been EVEN better' if he had left rates lower!! By the way, how many long term investors you think actually have ANY capital gains these days??? LOL!!! Then again, I'd better be careful here, as I'm sure you will come out with reams of data on how higher taxes still have an effect when there is nothing to tax!
