re PRGN - nice move back too :-(. Failed to track it closely Earnings were good but the market of course does not like to see 20M shares issued. New capital needed to be issued because loan demands a certain NAV (value of tanker fleet which has fallen apparently) regardless of earnings. Not as bad as OCNF but still. FWIW I continue to hold my small position.
