Which he did. He was pushing the concept before the Internet was actually created. And he promoted it after it was. He also authored key legislation to build the Internet. That claim is no more out of line than claiming Eisenhower created the Interstate system. Only someone totally ignorant of the facts, or a blind partisan hack, can claim otherwise.
