Exercise price of the Neostem publicly traded warrants (NBS.WS) is $6.00 and expiry is July 16, 2012. Conversion ratio is 1.0 (one warrant buys one share of stock at the $6 exercise price). Warrant can be redeemed by the company is the share price exceeeds $8.00 for 20 days trading days out of 30. All this info is as per stockwarrants dot com, where I am a subscriber.
