rd, i think there is an inflammatory component to cancer, too.

dr. sears discusses it in several of his book.

think of it this way - inflammation is cell on cell violence at a low level. it depresses the immune system, which then can't regulate the body as effectively as it should.

this could reasonably lead to a higher risk of cancer.

the mediterranean diet is known to result in less cancer, just like it results in less diabetes.

my guess is the grain free version yields even better results than the standard med diet.
