We could end our dependency on ME oil if we drilled right here at home, but the liberals go nuts when word of it is even mentioned...sure, there are other options as well, nuclear power, windmills, but they still go nuts... France uses nuclear power, they have for more than 30 years, never an incident... I've seen thousands of windmills in Amsterdam, France, northern Germany, and other locations, but when Florida tried to install one single windmill on the coast, the slob kennedy didn't want it blocking his view... what a hypocrite he is, a liberal against alternative sources of energy... it's okay anywhere else, but "not in my back yard"...
