Tread lightly and pay close attention until you have time to speak to the people involved. Then back-check their 'Who's who', BBB info, Chamber of Commerce, Secy of State records, etc. This is another South Florida sunshine issue - and the hotdog stand/beer cart on their website looks like a ball park peanut vendor effort.
