My 1.65 cents worth. We're having a rounding problem here that makes the litigation costs look like they doubled. Read the numbers! Let's split pennies here (we need to for clarity). Litigation reserve expenses increased from 328k to 423k. This is only a 29% increase *far below the 100 percent everyone is crying about!* Expanding cents to hundredths of a penny, litigation reserve expenses increased from 1.28 cents to 1.65 cents. As a percentage of sales, litigation reserve expenses decreased 17.4 percent. I have more analysis of the report, which I will post later. Happily Long IDX, Duke
