Then I said that that was a straw man argument, then you asked, "What is the significance of SA or Abu Dhabi installing solar installations?"

My original point was that the whole world--both the heavy users and the producers of fossil fuels--is trying to develop other sources of energy.

I can't believe I just spent the time to recap that whole thing. Nada mas.
