In my case, it's probably an "innocent" murmur as I've known about it for 20+ years and have exercised with vigor all my life. Did the step machine at the Y last night and had my heart rate up to 158 as usual. Soaked in sweat but the D3 means I bounce back fast. Amazing stuff. My next experiment is iodine...
