I tend to be forgetful.. tribulation of the mind :O) so taking them at supper makes for a good routine as the kids take fish oil and D3 (much lower doses) as does my wife now.. I think her intake will approach mine as she becomes more convinced.. Frankly I'm thinking the D3 and / or fish oil is good for the mental health.. although can't tell which as I started both concurrently..
