Based on bankruptcy court notification, stockholders may have tax loss carry forward value from the debtor GM. There are restrictions on buy and sell of GM stock?

This may mean GM stockholders will have value when GM exit the chapter 11 bankruptcy and starts to make money and use up the tax loss carry over.
