DTV continue to have video quality problems.

QoE equipment had to compensate the frames per sec speed to keep audio continuous, but skip sequential video frames of digital file, to view every other frame or skip every two frames(motion jpeg)?

This will make mpeg2 and mpeg4/h.264 more smooth, without picture breakups?

Some broadcast stations have signal strength problems over the spectrum of carrier frequencies, that antenna has to be fully extended and oriented both VHF and UHF,

Hopefully this will make QoE very successful?
