This is off-topic (it's not a complaint!), but I wonder if Datek would consider supporting a "formal" user's group. Give their users a formal process to filter some of the bitching and moaning, disseminate information (a FAQ?) and maybe suggest some ways to add value that they haven't thought of.

Any thoughts?

Then again, maybe I'm just light-headed because my dog stocks are staging a comeback! C'mon, Mr. Greenspan, say something REALLY NICE tomorrow so we can have another 300+ point (positive) day!
