Well guys and gals, I have talked to everybody EXCEPT PRTI, cannot get through, nor get an answer back. Very confusing situation. RMIL talks bad about MVPH. MVPH says RMIL trying to get free shares. RMIL says is does not have anything to do with PRTI. Sounds like they are all trying to stay afloat with whatever means possible in my opinion. Nichols is the MAN at PRTI, # is 218-829-5589. James Ray is MVPH treasurer and used to be CEO of PRTI. MVPH # is 602-816-6140 who will refer you to Pacific Equities, who basically knows nothing, and owns a substantial amount of MVPH. They do state that the shares are good, and are finding out when the restriction will be lifted, they are waiting for the decision right now. After talking to RMIL/OVIS or whoever they are, they talk around the bush. Hope you can digest this, I know it isn't much. MVPH and PRTI have larger volume ?????? MVPH down, not due to market. Guess we will see what happens in the wash.

Mike
