John,I use Fidelity's Spartan gold circle.They charge $25/trade up to 1000 shares plus 3 cents a share for any transactions over 1000 shares.I 've never had problems getting through,and I've found them to be very fast entering orders.I recently moved to Fidelity from Waterhouse.I found Waterhouse to be rather slow,and half the time they put me on hold to double verify my order before putting it through.All in all I'm happy to be with Fidelity. At the present time I do not trade on the web.I'm still not comfortable with internet trading.I've listened to to many horror stories about web trading.
