"fertilized human egg is a human,"

That is just insanely ridiculous. If you thought an egg (the same non-aware existence as a rock or a piece of plastic) was human, then in a fire you would save it before saving your 3 year old sentient daughter...if that egg was closest to the door. If you wouldn't, then you are very prejudicial and INHUMAN.

"But flour, water and yeast are not bread"

No. Flour, water, and yeast is DOUGH! Most people know the difference between dough and BREAD!

"You Don't get a zygotes unless you start with sperm and ova"

And you don't get sperm or ova unless you start with other things...

"a fertilized dolphin egg is a dolphin."

A dolphin egg is NOT a dolphin. It is a dolphin EGG. You might as well say that a human egg is a Human Being, for Christ's Sake! So that the legal and moral law would enjoin us to sacrifice an older human being to save the life of a younger human being (AN EGG) in a fire! And because dolphins are sentient--one would need to save all the dolphin eggs!

Jesus H. Christ! When we are worried about saving dolphins do we cut them open to get their eggs instead????? You gotta be nuts, fella1
