Yes, I do. If the process that brought about the 'doctrine' of incorporation wasn't judicial activism, then the phrase has no meaning other than "liberal decisions I disagree with".

That's a non-sequitur, as I made it clear that judicial 'activism' is a necessary part of what the Supreme Court does.

In any event, the Court is about to rule on whether it can enforce Second Amendment rights at state level (ironically, another Sotomayor case).
