Too much of a good thing, like eating too much candy. I found that B6 produced so many dreams that I was tired when I woke up. It felt like a traffic jam in my head. I suspect that there were a lot more than I would normally have at night even if I didn't remember them. So, whatever therapeutic effect they might have had was lost.

Edit: one more thing. The vivid dream recall occurred not because I took too much B6, but from taking a dose before going to bed. They say, "vitamins in the day, herbs and minerals at night." And, no, I don't know who "they" are. <g>
