bush experienced at governing? Perhaps one might have expected that when elected but the history of the last years proves the opposite. Bush anything but experienced. Clinton handled the job better than bush but he was morally and ethically challenged. Sure obama comes in without much experience (like lincoln and others) and so far so good.
