lol, it not only wouldn't be easy, it would be impossible. A typical scam argument--make it impossible to form any policy at all. AR4 was based on the accumulation of evidence of the previous 4 years (since AR3) plus the accumulated evidence considered by AR1, AR2, and AR3. It isn't the kind of issue that can be decided by one experiment or one piece of evidence. That is why they spent so long studying it after the issue was raised as a real possibility back in the 1970s-80s.
