This SC decision serves as an opening against Obama, at least that is what the Republicans think. After all, the Republicans have always managed to get to the top via social issues and this is the one for them, so they think.

It will be interesting to watch their stance on the confirmation of Sotomayor.

Having said that, I do agree with the SC ruling. THere is no place for discrimination in this society. This cannot be called "reverse" discrimination. There is no such term in a society that can take pride in being a discriminationless society.
