I hope the right wing raises hell over Sotomayor, as they will then never get another hispanic vote again. Obama set a trap for the right wing with Sotomayor, and being the fools that the right wing are, they are walking right into it. Running into it.

And she will be easily nominated.

It will be interesting to watch their stance on the confirmation of Sotomayor.

Having said that, I do agree with the SC ruling. THere is no place for discrimination in this society. This cannot be called "reverse" discrimination. There is no such term in a society that can take pride in being a discriminationless society.>>
