The 'hodgepodge' of current state regulations is a big problem, as a self employed trader I have experienced it firsthand when moving from one state to another. Choice of healthcare offerings by insurance firms vary very WIDELY from state to state, with my home state of NY a BIG problem in that there is very little to no choice in plans around the suburbs of NYC... As far as the coverage you talk about, it's a good question, and I don't know how it will pan out. Regards, John
