Even if it was big legislation, the issue is that it wasn't "rammed through" the way the cap/trade bill was, and the way they're trying to shove government health care down our throats. And there wasn't any dishonesty about it. We knew throughout the process what was going on -- it was open, there wasn't the lying and misrepresentation we're seeing today. You can disagree all you want to but you're disagreeing with facts.
