If Prop. 13 is ever repealed, I'll tell those who get evicted from their homes that a tax-n-spend liberal from Seattle, WA would be happy to have them as his new neighbors ... Why is everything so black and white with you guys? Do you like scaring yourselves? If, and that's a big IF, Prop 13 got repealed, they wouldn't raise taxes indiscriminately. There would be a long term phase in program to cause the least amount of pain. However, I don't think there is much to worry about.......most Californians are not into ANY kind of pain. I just worry what the collapse of CA might do to the West Coast and the rest of the nation.
