Why is everything so black and white with you guys? Do you like scaring yourselves? If, and that's a big IF, Prop 13 got repealed, they wouldn't raise taxes indiscriminately. There would be a long term phase in program to cause the least amount of pain.

However, I don't think there is much to worry about.......most Californians are not into ANY kind of pain. I just worry what the collapse of CA might do to the West Coast and the rest of the nation.
