Instead we have so-called "economists" like Krugman who are incapable of doing basic 5th grade math resorting to emotional pleas to try to guilt us into ignoring the basic mathematical facts: this bill will do nothing to address any actual problem and can't, simply because the lions share of the people on the planet will not agree to go along with any plan we might formulate - and this assumes the "global warming" crowd is right. BINGO!! I want to see an answer from the GW crowd that solves this quandary. What I personally see is any attempt by the US/Europe to push this CO2 agenda is going to be seen by the developing world as a tactic to leave them in perpetual poverty. That's certainly the stuff global conflicts are made of. Hawk
