Yes I did, although it took me about an hour to realize I had a third option (telephone - busy: web site: down), because I had never used it before. (In adversity, lies........ or something along those lines) If you are a schwab customer, you should know that you have access to a facility called 'telebroker'. Look at the little wallet card you should have. Look at your Schwab documents. I used it; I was able to make the trade I wanted (although 4 points higher than I wanted - wouldn't have happened if I had remembered faster & gone to Telebroker sooner), and the trade happened within a minute or two of order confirmation. The next time (if there is a next time), this is going to be my first option - not my third option........ Check it out.
