Maybe you saw Michael Boss on CNBC today (the CBOT bond futures trader they often get a comment from) saying the Japanese Central Bank along with other central banks were big sellers today. He specifically mentioned repatriation of funds. Intraday, the contract was off a couple hundred basis points, closed down 22/32 and the dollar was off sharply against the major currencies.

I'm not saying I expect this phenomenon to occurr, just that it could.
As for money printing fueled hyper inflation from Debtor nations, the market won't allow it in any country, including the US.
