Would it be more clear if I said the statement was BS and left out the reference to ethanol? I do not want to be obtuse. I want to be clear. The whole cap and trade legislation is dumb, stupid, idiotic, traitorous and yes - a great reducer of CO2 as the train wreck will accomplish the mindless goals!
