No it won't. But the death penalty is proven to not only put them out of business but is a deterrent to others who want to sell drugs.

I can show you dozens of countries that have solved much of their gang and drug problems by executing dealers.

You cannot show us one country that has solved any of that by legalizing drugs. I'd caution against using The Netherlands as an example unless you do some investigating first ;-)
