i figure the tax-paying/negative-home-equity/helpless-electorates, by the just happening iou initiative of the great state of california, will soon be burdened with much more than they bargained for by way of the democrat obama federal and the counter/republican arny state health initiatives, and in the eventual chaos, the very nice but not affordable prop-13 real estate tax regime will be kicked out from under them as well, and then the situation will get dramatic to the worse we are watching the progression of a great econo-financial-socio-political experiment, one known as "not spending w/i means", unraveling the fed must and will step in, and when so, the eventual and ultimate outcome will not be in doubt
