The decision that this should become a moderated thread was, essentially, a consensus that developed among the thread's participants. People contacted SI Admin Dave, who made me the moderator, mostly because nobody else wanted the job. ;-) That's my memory of it, anyway. I think you'd write to SI Bob now. - Allen
