Yup. That makes sense. And the article explains it. There's not much point arguing with them.....rather, the best approach is isolating them and then ignoring them. I think Gitmo may be a good place........it will give them an opportunity to learn and grow in a decent setting. Of course, we'll take away the cyclone fencing.......we don't want them to think they are getting punished.
