SEPR opened with a good DG as expected. I am glad the I was stopped out of it yesterday.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com However, SEPR from a 'fundies' point of view has a nice +CF and good institutional following. 'Value Investors' would probably add to their positions and consider this a temporary setback, but I rather don't try to 'average down' and will not consider it again until a base is formed and it can start on an UT. As Jessee used to say, the best time to buy stocks is on the way up and when the 'general market trend' is also flowing on the same direction. The stock is trading with a moderate PE and low PEG. It seems that with better news and better 'general market' it could get to test the $30 level. <g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com Bernard
