Chinu, you simply cannot compare Maddow and Limbaugh. It is like comparing astrology to astronomy.

Linbaugh is just a stupid mean blowhard. He makes up facts and has no concept of logic and doesn't care. He makes his living bashing the left and making all the liberal haters (most who have no understanding of liberals or their ideas) and just hate them because they find their ideas threatening without understanding them.

Rachel Maddow is none of those things and does none of those things. She is a highly educated, nice and thoughtful person. And I think it is good she pushes the gay issue on her show. It is a civil rights issue and other shows do not take it on the way they should.

Justice delayed is justice denied as they say. This gay dscrimination has to stop.

>>Rachel and Limbaugh personify the two extremes of the political spectrum. One extreme has declared Obama a failure even before tee off. The other is accusing Obama of inaction during "warm up."

Take for example Obama 's hasty action on Gitmo. Maddow types want it closed here and now. Whereas the Limbaugh types want it to remain open indefinitely. But the most sensible approach is what Obama learnt through the school of hard knocks. Off course Obama is closer in thinking to Maddow than he is to Limbaugh. That should be enough for Maddow to be raising this issue to the detail that she did.

It is the same with the gay marriage issue. What I support about Obama on this issue is that even though his personal view is that marriage is between a man and wife, he has a wide open mind on this issue unlike his predecessor. But Maddow should not use her show to push and goad Obama on this issue.

Maddow has a very good and pleasant way of presenting her point of view and this is a big factor in her popularity amongst us all.<<
