State Workers to accept IOUs after WF and BAC say they trust the state; and next tax payers to say we will not send you a check but an IOU; once I find a job for my taxes!!! Of course including property taxes... This is going to get beyond sick soon. The IOU economy; unreal... State implosions are going to destroy us! Summer 2010, it is going to be beyond what you can imagine!
