I have worked for government and I have seen the waste first hand and it is incredible.

And I have worked in private industry and seen the waste. What's your point?

I can walk into any sizable government office and just do my business and see the waste. I have a Government office in the building where I work. The main occupation of the emplyoees seems to be break.

You see what you want to see.

If I can see this why can't the people who are runnig these offices. All they need to do is open their eyes and fire the deadwood and the problem will be solved.

From the gov't offices I've seen in CA, there is little dead wood.
