Yes this is disgusting--------so let's put it out there------- This dude is a social worker and homosexual who has 2 sons that he and his homosexual partner care for------not quite, what a way of caring for a child. 20 years isn't enough-----put him behind bars for life. "Lombard also told the investigator that molesting the child was "easier when he was too young to know what was happening and when he couldn't talk ...He had a little too much Benadryl. Was knocked out." Lombard is homosexual and lives with his boyfriend and their two adopted sons. Both children are now in the custody of the North Carolina Department of Social Services. Lombard who has a master's degree in social work, is employed by Duke as a health-disparities researcher, studying HIV/AIDS in the rural South. Interestingly enough, Lombard often talks about the exploitation of poor blacks, while he was himself exploiting a black child for his own perverse sexual gratification. Lombard is now being held without bond at the Durham County Jail. If convicted, he is facing a possible sentence of 20 years." examiner.com
