I went to a santa clara county solar program preso about a week ago. One program they are starting up here is if you install solar, which can include all setup even a new roof, they will finance the costs into your property taxes. I think this is one of the Obama green plans. The panels have to be US made from US companies. That excludes almost every solar maker except FLSR and SPWR. I don't think the govt is going to allow cheap dumping of solar panels here by Chinese makers.
