Orange, San Diego and Marin county are the ones responsible for this mess. They think that the way to build a robust economy is by building boats and airplanes. Silicon valley and venture capitalists in Santa Clara, Alameda and San Francisco counties believe just the opposite. Their belief is to make California great by investing in society by way of high quality education, job retraining and promoting science and research.
