Although I don't want to discuss day trading, I did had serious doubts about ASND today and was contemplating selling ASND and get into CPQ, DELL, or INTC when the market was low. For example
when ASND was 27 , INTC was trading at 71
why not sell ASND 27 * 2000 =54000 with taking a loss of 24000 from
purchase price and get into INTC at 54000/71 =760 shares. At closing
INTC was 85 and ASND 29.4. Investment in Intc would be 64600 (10,600
profit) and ASND 58800 (4800 price up).
If day trading good for today but what if market goes down tommorow. If getting out from ASND for good, and belief INTC has better stock growth than it is impressive move. What if ASND is better stock in stock growth in your opinion will you still do it ? 10 K not bad money. These are the temptations longterm investors in stocks goes
through. It is hard
