Hemp cut into Randolph's bizness? I don't know the history of it becoming illegal... something to learn up on. re the Supreme Court - the right must be ouching right now that they didn't win the election, and have shrunk like crazy the last 2 elections. otherwise they would be having another pick for the court and gracious knows what they could do with that. instead we keep most decisions at 5-4, going one way or the other depending... and it is so not an issue that the Sotomayer case was overturned, it was 5-4, afterall. but that just highlights that the balance won't be changed, the right won't be getting yet another vote. been thinking on how you talk of the ongoing 'battle'... and thinking back on Jefferson/Adams. really is, methinks, the same ol struggle since way back when. maybe we can win out and settle things once and for all for the Jeffersonians.
