The medical guild has got a powerful and profitable ring-fenced cartel going. Deregulation would open it up. Where's the Wal-Mart of medicine, the Exxon of hospitals, the Microsoft of outpatient care?

Doctors even decide who an organ donor or their next of kin are allowed to provide their organs to and at what price. The price of course is $0 which enables the medical cartel to capture for themselves the whole value of the process, literally cutting the donor or their next of kin out of the profit opportunity.

The funny thing is they call it medical ethics. Their medical ethics directly cause the deaths of thousands of people each year for want of organ donors.
