I don't see anything you posted there as even close to an answer to my question which you quoted at the end. Even if I did "know" that stuff, it wouldn't be an answer, in fact just a contradiction (i.e. if gay bashing exists because they can't get married (seems a silly stretch to me, but...), and Obama believes only a man and a woman should be married, then, well, what are you thinking (you really give no clue) makes him open minded?
And really, give us a break, Republicans are responsible for Democrat votes? Democrats were afraid of the MASSES, not Republicans, and furthermore Democrats voted for Iraq stating they absolutely believed it was the right thing to do. I think your analysis is a convoluted dream of an excuse for Democrats, and a poor one at that.
